Walt Disney
Do you watch cartoons? Do you know who first created these cartoons?
I want to talk about the man, who created the first full-length cartoon, who was the father of Mickey Mouse, who created the large fun park.

Walt Disney was born on December 5, 1901 in Chicago. His mother was a teacher, his father was a carpenter. Walt liked drawing very much. He began to sell his comic books when he was 7 years old. Walt with his friend spent all their money on going to the cinema. Their idol was Charlie Chaplin. Walt Disney managed to enter the Chicago Art Institute. When he got interested in animations, he arrived in Hollywood and created studio cartoons.

He was afraid of mice, but he invented the star cartoon - Mickey Mouse. However, the first two studio cartoons with Mickey Mouse could not sell, because they were dumb. The third film (already with sound) was released on November 18, 1928, and this day was the beginning of the era of Mickey Mouse.

Walt got married and brought up two daughters. He walked with his daughters in zoos and parks. But Disney thought that America didn’t have any place for children and he decided to create such a place himself. So there was the Disneyland. With the opening of the Disneyland in 1955, his team was not allowed to wear beards.

Walt Disney died on December 15, 1966 from lung cancer, but his ideas lived very long time after him.

The success of Walt Disney is in the force of will, courage and perseverance. He believed in his ideas and took reasonable decisions. Thanks to Walt Disney, his character, the world of Disney was created, which now releases interesting and beautiful cartoons and movies. Disney cartoons are most famous in the world. I'm sure that everyone saw "The Lion King” and "Brother Bear”. I like these, and many other cartoons and movies.

I think, that everyone can achieve a lot, if he has the same character as Walt Disney.
