Natalia Vodyanova
I’m fond of fashion so that is why through different periods of my life many of the well-known coutures or models influenced me in some way. I would like to tell you about Natalia Vodyanova.

Natalia Vodyanova is a very famous top model in the world. She was born 28th February 1982 in Nizhiy Novgorod. Although she lived with her mother and two sisters, one of which was disabled, Natalya started to work when she was only eleven years old! She helped her mother who worked in the market. Natalya didn`t even have time to learn in school, because her family was badly off...
One day her friend offered Natasha to go to some model agency. She was 16 years old. On one of the сasting sessions an agent noticed Natalya and offered her job. She moved to Moscow for fashion show Viva and took part in the contest of French Agency Madison. After some time a few person from Viva signed contracts with Natalia.

Already in 2002 Natalia Vodyanova became the most high-paid model in the world. She worked in fashion shows for Gucci, Chanel, Hermes, Givenchy and other famous brands.

Natalia is married to Jastin Portman. They have three children – two sons and one daughter.

Now Natalia lives in NY. Nevertheless she helps Russian children.  In 2004 she established a charity fund called «Obnazhennye serdtsa». Her team has built 90 parks in 68 cities of Russia. «Natalya is endless source of inspiration for me», says J. Hargrivs, a member of fashion brand Julien Macdonald. The fund also provides disabled children and their families with some help.
I think Natalia is a really Big Name in the world, because she doesn’t forget about her mother land and cares about our children’s future.
